What it asksA diving certification at a level suited to about 30 m, recent experience and comfort in current.   • Enough days for the wind to give you lessons
  • A sailing felucca, not a motor launch, with a licensed captain
  • Life jackets on board, and the length of the sail
  • A departure time that catches the sunset for your date
