  • Private guide & driver. Best for families, deeper questions and flexible pacing. Higher cost, but the clearest control over timing and stops.
  • Nile cruises. Best for connecting Luxor, Edfu, Kom Ombo and Aswan. Schedules can change; compare time ashore, vessel details and included visits.
  • Desert journeys. Best for travellers who want landscapes beyond the Nile. Overnight is usually more rewarding than a rushed out-and-back day.
