    Send us your arrival and departure times. The first and last days are planned around them, including the transfers.

  4. Timed tickets

    Some sites, including the Grand Egyptian Museum, sell timed entry that is best booked ahead. Your quote says which tickets we book for you.

  5. Travel insurance

    Choose a policy that covers the activities in your trip, such as diving, a balloon flight or a night in the desert.

  6. What to wear

    Cover shoulders and knees for mosques and churches, and bring a scarf. Sun protection and water matter most at Luxor, Aswan and Abu Simbel.
